About I Advisory
I Advisory Tax Accountants’ Corporation is a Tokyo-based accounting firm.
Our mission is to provide insights into inward investment in Japan.
Our team is composed of Japanese Certified Public Accountants, U.S. Certified Public Accountants, and Japanese tax accountants.
We work together as one to provide total support for foreign startups, subsidiaries, and individuals.

Service Fees
*The Service Fees table above assumes that all documents are submitted in Japanese.
If you need documents translated into English, we will charge an additional fee of JPY 10,000 per hour for English documentation services.
Ex) Translation of Financial Statements for parent company: JPY50,000 (assumed 5 pages)

Akihiko Nishi
He started his career as a CPA at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, mainly engaging in statutory audits, fund audits, and the adoption of IFRS for listed companies.
After then,he worked in the VC department at Digital Garage,and Nissin Foods Holdings Co., Ltd.He mainly engaged in consolidated accounting for overseas subsidiaries and implementation of IFRS.
In 2017, he started his own business and established I-Advisory Accounting Office (currently I-Advisory Co., Ltd.). He provides financial settlement support,implementation of IFRS,fund management service ,implementation of accounting systems,audit services,and so on.
In 2024, he established I Advisory Tax Co. to provide tax services alongside Yoshiyuki Kanno.

Yoshiyuki Kanno
After graduated university, Kanno started his career from Japan Airlines as a pilot trainee.
After passing the Tax Accountant exams in Japan, he began his tax accountant career at Actus Tax Co., primarily engaged in filing tax returns for foreign-owned companies and expats.
In 2015, he joined Ernst & Young Tax Co. Mainly engaged in accounting service, payroll service and filing tax return for foreign capital companies and audit from tax perspective for listed companies. In addition to the above engagement, he was also involved in consulting engagements for R&D tax credits..
After working in tax-related roles for eight years, he joined Olympus, an endoscope manufacturing company, where he was mainly responsible for filing consolidated tax returns, calculating tax effects, responding to tax audits, and implementing the invoice system.
After that, he independently started his own business as an individual Tax accountant in 2024.
